AvatarUX Launches Second Signature Hold & Win Title: Pixel Paws

24th January 2025 – Award-winning studio AvatarUX has expanded its popular Hold & Win series with the launch of its latest slot, Pixel Paws. Drawing inspiration from the beloved virtual pets of the late 90s, the game revives the excitement of digital companions in a vibrant and engaging slot format.

Blending nostalgia with innovation, Pixel Paws introduces the signature Hold & Win mechanic alongside exciting new features like the Loaded Reel. This vertical reel, positioned to the left of the grid, offers dynamic rewards when symbols land in the Trigger Zone, located at the top of the reel. These rewards, available in both the base and bonus games, range from Trigger Expansions, Multipliers, and Low Pay Upgrades to Grid Expansions and colossal Wilds.

In the Bonus game, coins replace all symbols on the grid. Players activate the Hold & Win mode by landing at least five coins, which triggers a thrilling bonus experience. Starting with 3 lives that reset every time a new coin lands, players can unlock rewards such as Collect and Multiply, Extra Lives, and Coin Upgrades. On every cascade, the Loaded Reel enhances gameplay with additional prizes. Coins in this mode can hold values between 10 and an incredible 5000 for colossal coins, making every spin a high-stakes thrill.
