The new Sales Manager will promote the company’s complete range of casino games and partnership and integration solutions. External stakeholders will include operators, aggregators, and resellers that sit within Europe, US, LatAm, and Asia.
The role reports to the CEO and can work remotely. You will need a proven sales track record. We require a structured experienced sales manager who has experience building effective relationships with key external stakeholders, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Build, develop and strengthen new relationships with clients on a global scale
  • Explore opportunities for growth with existing client relationships - understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met
  • Successfully liaise, identify and close new deals in the iGaming market in line with the business objectives
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers; managing and reviewing contracts and making recommendations regarding commerciality
  • Generate and develop a qualified sales pipeline and generate new revenue growth
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets
  • Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure profitable new business
  • Develop, forecast, and implement quarterly and annual business development plans, metrics, dashboard and KPIs, and communicate progress regularly with CEO, Executive team and other key stakeholders
  • Lead new business process optimization initiatives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback to all internal stakeholders and partners.


Must Have

  • Minimum 3+ years’ sales experience with technology B2B sales preferably from the gambling and/or gambling background
  • Proven experience in developing a sales pipeline
  • Written and spoken fluency in English
  • Be able to work in a fast pace & dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team setting
  • Strong passion for igaming and gambling products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to interact successfully with decision makers
  • Motivated mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
  • Strong sales or executive presentation skills with ability to gain credibility and trust with variety of stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional capabilities with the ability to synthesise legal, finance, marketing, product and operational issues and opportunities
  • Experience of working with CRM systems and presenting KPI and functional reporting
  • The ability to sell remotely – best use of Communication Technology to maximise sales
  • Extensive B2B network within the igaming industry in Malta and globally
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • In-depth understanding of igaming, especially casino
  • Comfortable with communicating "at all levels"
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance topics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build sustainable rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Time management and planning skills
  • High sense of emotional intelligence.
