Senior QA

We are looking for a Senior QA to own quality assurance and integration activities across our products. This is a hands-on role focused on testing execution and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality releases.

You will work closely with Development, Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to support smooth feature delivery, maintain strong QA standards, and continuously improve testing practices.


Responsibilities

  • • Own and manage the QA lifecycle across projects
  • • Work closely with development teams to integrate QA into the SDLC and enable early defect detection
  • • Ensure smooth game and feature releases
  • • Participate directly in hands-on testing when required
  • • Define and execute testing strategies (functional, regression, performance, security)
  • • Maintain high software and integration quality through standardization, reviews, and automation
  • • Support QA automation using appropriate tools and technologies
  • • Evaluate and adopt new testing tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure proper prioritization and seamless feature integration
  • • Monitor QA metrics and quality indicators to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • • Drive improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects
  • • Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes
  • • Participate in post-release reviews and apply learnings to future releases
  • • Promote a strong quality mindset within delivery teams
  • • Support QA team members with technical knowledge and day-to-day collaboration
  • • Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing within the QA team
  • • Encourage testing best practices across projects
  • • Maintain clear communication between QA, development teams, stakeholders, and external partners

Requirements

Nice To Have

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

Must Have

  • • 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, ideally within iGaming
  • • Experience with system integrations and software releases
  • • Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and integration practices
  • • Experience testing gaming platforms, casino games, or betting products is a strong advantage
  • • Strong technical QA background with automation exposure
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • • Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
  • • Hands-on experience with QA tools, automation frameworks, and integration platforms
  • • Ability to balance quality standards with timelines and delivery needs
