Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development professional to help expand our presence in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across casino, sports book, affiliate, platform, or B2B gaming markets.
This role requires strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to negotiate and close high-value partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with operators, aggregators and strategic partners
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, and onboarding terms
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, compliance, and account management
  • Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership reports for management
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics related to partnerships and revenue growth

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management within iGaming, b2b supplier experience preferred
  • Strong network within the iGaming industry is an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales or partnership targets
  • Understanding of online gaming products, licensing, and regulated markets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
